- Profundizar en el concepto y revisar el grado de progresión desde la fragmentación absoluta hasta la conformación de RISS, en los respectivos contextos locales, nacionales y regionales según corresponda.
Aplicabilidad educativa:
Breve comentario: La fragmentación y la segmentación de los sistemas de salud representan un genuino problema que afecta en mayor o menor medida a numerosos países de la Región y conspira de algún modo con el logro de la equidad en salud.
Propuesta de actividad: Se sugiere leer la Tabla Pág. 2 Evaluando la progresión hacia Sistemas Integrados de Servicios de Salud: desde la fragmentación absoluta hasta los sistemas integrados y los atributos que conforman los Sistemas Integrados de Servicios de Salud.
A continuación y dado de que uno los objetivos esenciales de este Recurso Educativo Abierto es la posibilidad de revisar las prácticas respectivas a fin de introducir mejoras, completar la tabla presente en la pág. 3 del material asignando un puntaje para cada atributo, según estime que sea la situación en su contexto.

- Regarding the issue of national project, each country group make a proposal on how they should intervenirse tensions, crises or conflicts in favor of achieving social justice and ensure the right to health.
